Top Scorers From Wexford Senior Hurling Championship Revealed

The Wexford Senior Hurling Championship is now over, and the Rapps have been taken home the silverware to Enniscorthy…

It was an exciting championship, and it’s always nice to look back.

GAA analyst, Barry Cleary, has kept track of all scorers from this year’s hurling championship and he revealed the top scorers from play following the completion of the 2021 Wexford Senior Hurling Championship.

Naomh Eanna’s Conor McDonald has won the ‘Golden Hurl’ for this season. Despite only reaching the quarter-final stages, McDonald has topped the charts once again, making it his third time to do so in four seasons.

Behind McDonald was sharp-shooter Lenny Connolly, who scored 2-01 from play for the Rapps in the Wexford Senior hurling final against St Annes recently.

No doubt, new Wexford Senior hurling manager Darragh Egan may have his eye on introducing some of these new faces to the Wexford Senior hurling panel.
