A Wexford trio were crowned world title winners recently…
It was in the World 8-ball pool championship.
A trio of Enniscorthy natives were on the u-25 team which won the title for Ireland.
The Wexford trio included Ben Doyle, Tyler O’Connor, and Adam Maher.
Both Morgan Thomas and Cormac Kerr, who is not from Wexford, were the other members of the successful World-title winning pool team.
The victory means that the Irish team have retained their trophy from last year.
