After only managing a draw against Dublin on Sunday, the Wexford Senior hurlers will now focus on Antrim in the next round…

What’s it in?

It’s round 2 of the Leinster Senior Hurling Championship.

What day and time?

It’s on Saturday at 3pm.

Where?

It’s a home clash for Antrim. It’ll take place in Corrigan Park, Belfast.

What are the teams?

Wexford will be without Dee O’Keeffe and Liam Ryan again, but they will be welcoming back Jack O’Connor who returns from injury. Rossiter has named an unchanged team to the one that faced Dublin last weekend.

Meanwhile, Antrim have also named their team for their upcoming clash:

What are the betting odds?

Wexford will enter this game as favourites. Although Antrim are at home, they are 5/1 underdogs to win this game. Wexford enter as 1/8 to win the match, with the bookies seeing only one winner here.

How did the teams get on in the previous round?

Wexford could only manage a draw against Dublin. Dublin scored two goals deep into stoppage time to salvage a draw. Wexford were five points up with less than two minutes remaining on the clock. Meanwhile, Antrim suffered a heavy defeat on the hands of Leinster Champions, Kilkenny, at Nowlan Park.

Is it on telly? Is it being live-streamed?

Unlike last week’s game against Dublin, Wexford fans will be able to watch this game from the comfort of their homes. The match will be streamed on the GAAGo platform for those unable to attend. It costs 12 euro to stream the game on the GAAGo platform.

Previous meetings?

2023 LSHC @ Wexford Park: Wexford 1-30 Antrim 1-26

2021, Allianz League @ Corrigan Park: Antrim 1-21 – 2-18 Wexford

Where can I get tickets?

This one could sell out very quickly, so it’s best to get your tickets as soon as possible if you’re thinking about heading to the match. Corrigan Park only holds about 4,000 people. There are only terrace tickets and east terrace tickets remaining. Tickets can be purchased on Ticketmaster or at participating Centra/Supervalu stores.
