A Wexford MMA fighter has been handed a huge opportunity…
Wexford-based mixed martial arts fighter, Brian Moore, has been announced for the Bellator Ireland card which takes place in Dublin in June.
Moore, now aged 36, has been given a massive opportunity, being placed against 27-year old Italian Francesco Nuzzi.
Francesco Nuzzi, who is unbeaten since 2016, is currently riding a ten fight win streak and will be looking to make it eleven on June 22nd.
On the other hand, Brian Moore, who holds a professional MMA record of 16 wins and 10 losses, suffered a loss in his most recent fight against Otto Rodrigues last September.
The pair will fight in the Bantamweight division.
A win for Moore over Italian Nuzzi would propel him to new heights in the division and it will put him right on track once again.
The Bellator Champions Series will take place at the 3Arena in Dublin on June 22nd. Tickets for the event cost 45 euro are now available to purchase online via Ticketmaster.
