Gorey pub hosting Irish rebel music star free of charge

A pub in Gorey will be hosting an Irish rebel music star soon…

A popular pub in Gorey town, Breen’s Bar, will be hosting Gary Óg. He will be performing at Breen’s Music Venue, which is the upstairs venue in the pub, on Friday 23rd August.

On the night, local Irish rebel musician Fergus Mernagh, known as Celtic Storm, will be supporting Gary Óg.

The exciting music event has been dubbed as a “customer appreciation day,” with Breen’s Bar stating that there will be no cover charge to see the two rebel musicians live on stage.

Doors will open at 6:30pm, with Celtic Storm getting the night underway, starting at 7pm.

There’s no doubt that there’s an exciting night pending with this news.

It comes after the same pair enjoyed a terrific night out in The White House Bar in Enniscorthy just last month.
