Met Eireann issue Status Yellow snow warning for Wexford

The cold snap is coming…

As per Ireland’s national weather forecaster, Met Eireann, there is a very cold snap coming to Wexford and its neighbouring counties.

Irish weather forecaster, Met Eireann, have implemented a Status Yellow Snow and Ice warning for Wexford, along with other counties.

The other counties and areas under the same warning include: Carlow, Dublin, Kildare, Kilkenny, Laois, Offaly, Wicklow, Munster, Galway, Mayo, Roscommon.

Some of the possible impacts for Wexford residents include “hazardous travelling conditions”, “poor visibility”, “travel disruption” and “animal welfare issues.”

The weather warning is due to be in place from Wednesday at 8pm until Thurday 20th November at 12 noon.
