Met Eireann issue Status Yellow weather warning for Wexford

It’s not the end of the bad weather just yet…

It comes as Irish national weather forecaster, Met Eireann, issued a Status Yellow weather warning for Wexford last night.

A Status Yellow wind warning has been issued for Wexford. Met Eireann are predicting “strong and gusty winds” for the South-Eastern county.

The warning comes is in place from 02:00 Monday 27/01/2025 to 14:00 Monday 27/01/2025.

Some of the potential impacts include “further damage to already weakened structures and trees” along with “dangerous travelling conditions.”

Wexford is the only county in Ireland that is under a weather warning for Monday 27th January.
