Met Eireann issue Yellow weather waning for Wexford

Wexford will be under another weather warning on Sunday…

Irish weather forecaster, Met Éireann, have issued a Yellow Weather warning for County Wexford. It is a Status Yellow Wind and Rain warning and Wexford is among the counties that will be impacted by the warning.

The other counties impacted by the weather warning include: Clare, Cork, Kerry, Limerick, Waterford, Donegal, Galway, Leitrim, Mayo, Sligo, and Wicklow.

Met Eireann are predicting:

“Very strong and gusty southerly winds together with spells of heavy rain.”

Some of the potential impacts, according to the forecaster, include “difficult travel conditions, localised flooding, fallen trees & loose debris, and poor visibility.”

The warning comes in place from 2am on Sunday morning until 3pm on Sunday afternoon.
