Wexford estate agent joins global elite

A Wexford woman has joined the global elite…

Wexford native Lorraine Mulligan has been named to the prestigious RE/MAX Circle of Legends, placing her among a global elite of estate agents. This rare honour is awarded to outstanding individuals who have assisted over 7,000 property buyers and sellers during their careers and consistently delivered exceptional customer service and excellence.

Lorraine is the first estate agent in Ireland to achieve this remarkable milestone, which Paul Gartlan FIPAV, Regional Director of RE/MAX Ireland, announced this week.

Operating two RE/MAX Results offices in Celbridge and Lucan, west of Dublin, Lorraine has provided expert residential sales, letting, and auctioneering services for over 22 years. Her award-winning business covers Dublin, North Kildare, and Meath, and employs a dedicated team of six estate agents and administrative staff.

Beginning her career with RE/MAX Town & Country in Naas, County Kildare, Lorraine has since been involved in tens of thousands of property transactions. Her sales portfolio includes agricultural land, one-bedroom apartments, family homes of all sizes, country estates, multi-million-euro mansions, and new developments. Throughout every economic climate, Lorraine and her team have demonstrated resilience, professionalism, and a steadfast commitment to achieving excellent client results.

Entry into the Circle of Legends requires at least 10 years with the RE/MAX network and a phenomenal volume of property sales. This month, 120 new members worldwide were inducted based on business achievements through the end of 2024.

Lorraine’s award will be officially presented by John Fogarty, Owner of RE/MAX Ireland, at a group awards function at Killashee House, County Kildare, next month.

John Fogarty praised Lorraine’s dedication, saying:

Our team strives to be the most productive and innovative real estate service providers in the market. Having pioneered virtual reality tours, online bidding, and maintaining impeccable customer communication here in Ireland, Lorraine Mulligan’s global recognition is a testament to her pioneering spirit and track record of excellence.”

Speaking on receiving the award, Lorraine Mulligan said her greatest reward has always been helping clients achieve their property goals and seeing them very happy.

“I’m extremely proud to be named a Circle of Legends Award winner with RE/MAX, and I’m so grateful for the incredible team around me who continually raise the bar in real estate,” she said. “I’d like to acknowledge my team – Olive Stynes, Vikki Levis, Tatjana Klemanskiene, Izabela Szlachekka, and my fellow director Lesley Kennedy – who are an absolute pleasure to work with every day. I also sincerely thank our customers for their support over the past 22 years.”

Lorraine thanked John Fogarty, Paul Gartlan, and the entire RE/MAX Ireland team for their ongoing belief and support. She also extended special thanks to her husband, Aaron, her children, Aoife, Cian, and Niamh, and, most poignantly, to her parents, Peter and Mary Caulfield, from Ferrycarrig in Wexford Town.

“I dedicate this award to my parents, who instilled in me confidence, kindness, respect, honesty, and an unrelenting work ethic. Thank you for your love, support and belief in me.”

A member of the Institute of Professional Auctioneers and Valuers, a former international hockey player, and an honours degree marketing graduate, Lorraine Mulligan is a frequent recipient of national awards for transaction excellence, customer service, and business innovation.
