Championship fever has kicked back in with the Wexford Senior hurling championship returning to action on Friday evening…
One Wexford pub – The Coal Bunker Bar in Wexford – will be hosting live preview and review evenings live from their premises every Wednesday night. The Coal Bunker Bar is located in Ballykelly, Drinagh, County Wexford.
It will start on Wednesday at 8:30pm and will continue for the Wexford Senior Hurling Championship.
“Join us live for a no-holds-barred breakdown of the latest Wexford GAA Championship action! Featuring a rotating panel of current and past heroes, expect passionate debate, bold predictions (some even accurate!), and plenty of lively craic,” they said.
There will be a number of different panelists every week, allowing listeners to hear from different perspectives in the game.
“We’ll review the week’s biggest moments and preview all the upcoming clashes — with new panellists bringing fresh perspectives each week,” they said.
The previews will be broadcasted live and it will be live streamed on Facebook. Notably, it’s a unique offering though – as it aims to cater for a live audience at the pub too.
The first preview will take place next Wednesday at The Coal Bunker Bar and on The Coal Bunker Bar on Facebook.
All of the Wexford matches – at both Senior and Intermediate level – will also be broadcast live on Clubber TV for the next three seasons.
