A well-known and popular take-away business property in County Wexford has been placed up for sale…

Rico’s Pizzeria and Take-Away, located in the historic Ferns village, has been placed up for sale on the commercial property marketplace.

The take-away was listed on the market on September 18th 2025 by property agent, Barty O’Connor.

There is no assigned for sale price associated with the listing, however, interested parties can request the price from the agent upon application.

It has been described as an “exciting opportunity” by agent DNG O’Connor & O’Connor.

The property has a 20-year lease dated until 2041.
