Wexford’s Jim Bolger places his stud farm up for sale

Well-known Wexford man, Jim Bolger, has placed his stud farm up for sale…

“Redmondstown Stud” is a purpose built and very impressive equestrian establishment. It comprises c. 84 acres of land in top class condition with a good multi purpose soil type (wonderful grassland) suitable for any type of farming and a bungalow residence in need of refurbishment.

“Redmondstown Stud” was purchased by its current owners in 1990 and developed to produce quality racehorses of which 7 were Classic Winners and 18 Worldwide Group 1 Winners. 

It has been placed on the market with a guide price of €1 million and it is brought to the market by Keane Auctioneers, who describe the property as:

“Set in a west facing position with a private driveway & stunning views over the River Slaney, it offers top class facilities with 24 stables, walker (8), lunging arena, outbuildings, tack room, 4 span hay shed/machinery, canteen with WC and service road through the farm,” the description reads.

It will be auctioned on Friday, 17th October, at 12:30pm.
