A male has been caught on CCTV breaking the windows of a local barber shop….
Everest Barber Shop is located on Gorey’s Main Street and it’s owned by well-known Gorey barber, Sujan Ghimire.
The incident took place at 11:06pm on Thursday.
CCTV footage of the incident, which shows a male throwing objects at the front-of-shop window and door of the barbershop, were placed on local community groups and were also sent around various WhatsApp groups.
He can be seen throwing one object at the front window, and then, throwing another two objects at the barber’s front door.
Sujan, who owns the barbershop, has stated that he has liaised with other local businesses around the area at the bottom of Gorey’s Main street.
He also noted that the local Gardaí have been notified and are dealing with the matter.
