This landmark event — the first of its kind — brought together the very best of Ireland’s craft butchery talent, showcasing exceptional creativity, skill, and innovation across both burger and kebab categories.
Entries from across the country were prepared by acclaimed Head Chef Andrew O’Gorman and his expert culinary team. A panel of over 12 judges evaluated each entry on taste, presentation, originality, and overall appeal, resulting in an outstanding display of quality and craftsmanship.

Speaking at the event, representatives from the Associated Craft Butchers of Ireland said:

Meanwhile, Head Chef Andrew O’Gorman added:
