Enniscorthy musician Eoin Devereux has released his latest single “Spark”, continuing his rise as one of Wexford’s most promising young artists.
The track arrived on May 15 and follows the feeling of burning out in the rush of modern life while fighting to keep your inner spark alive. At its heart, the song delivers a message of hope, reminding listeners that “the stars shine brightest when the night is darkest.”
Devereux, a 23-year-old singer-songwriter from Enniscorthy, first broke through in 2021 with his debut single “Going My Own Way.” He has since built momentum with releases such as “Balloon” and “Set My Eyes on You,” both of which earned Hot Press Track of the Day honours and radio airplay on Beat 102-103 and RTÉ 2FM.
Known for his introspective lyrics and captivating melodies, Devereux blends emotional depth with accessible songwriting that has resonated with Irish audiences.
The new single is accompanied by a lyric video animated by Eoin himself, which captures the song’s calm and gentle mood through soft visuals and flowing lyrics.
