It’s hard to believe, but we’re now into the final four of the Wexford Senior hurling championship…
Unsurprisingly, both of last year’s finalists — St Martins and Rathnure — have made it into the final four. Many had tipped the two teams to go far in this year’s championship, with the bookies finding it difficult to seperate the two teams in the betting.
The Wexford SHC quarter-finals took place over the weekend, and the semi-final draw has now taken place.
Naomh Eanna needed penalties to get past Oylegate-Glenbrien in the quarter-final, while the Shelmaliers survived a scare after a late comeback from Faythe Harriers.
