Originally from Tallaght, Mary Delaney relocated to County Wexford eight years ago. Since making the move, she has lived in four different houses and is now hoping to find somewhere she can settle down for the long term.
With a budget of €220,000, Mary is searching for a detached or semi-detached property with two to three bedrooms. While she is willing to take on some renovation work, her priority is finding a suitable home in County Wexford, where she has established her life.
The search is the latest challenge for Maggie Molloy and Tadhg Casey, who travel around Ireland helping people find affordable properties that meet their needs and budgets.
