Wexford Selector Walks Away From The County’s Senior Hurling Set Up

Davy Fitzgerald could be searching for a new selector to come on board for the 2021 season..

Davy Fitzgerald will be preparing for the new season without a key member of his backroom staff.

Brendan Bugler, who arrived into the Wexford Senior hurling set-up last year, has left his position as a selector with the Yellowbellies.

As per reports on OurGame.ie, Bugler has left the role due to the long-commute and due to his busy family-life. Bugler, who won an All-Ireland hurling title with Clare in 2013, committed to making an eight-hour commute twice per-week for the Wexford hurlers.

In the meantime, with Fitzgerald staying on as Wexford Senior hurling manager, he may be seeking a new selector for the new season.
