A Wexford football star is on the move…
Young football star, Festy Ebosele who was playing with Wayne Rooney’s Derby County in the Championship, has secured his move to the Serie A in Italy.
Ebosele has been a revelation for Wayne Rooney’s side this season.
Udinese Calcio, a football club in the Italian Serie A, confirmed the signing this evening.
During the week, Ireland manager Stephen Kenny described the transfer as an “interesting” one. The Wexford man will head over at the end of this campaign with Derby County FC, as his contract ends with Derby.
The news will come as a blow to Derby County supporters, who have witnessed the growth of their winger over the last season in particular.
