The countdown is on to this weekend…
Whether you’re a fan of boxing or not, eyes will be tuned into this boxing card live on Netflix this weekend. Mike Tyson will fight Jake Paul, while Wicklow woman Katie Taylor will face off against Amanda Serrano in the other headliner.
In a further bid to promote the fight on Netflix, a documentary series of the Jake Paul and Mike Tyson fight has become available on the platform.
Billy Walsh, who is a coach with the USA Boxing team, featured in the documentary and he had kind words to say about Jake Paul:
“He’s actually publicizing the sport. I think he’s great for the sport. Usually, media only turn up every four years. He’s got a really good right hook, really good power, you know? He’s a good athlete, he’s got a good set of kahunas as well and that makes up for a lot when you’re inside the ring” Billy Walsh said.
The proud Wexford native can also be seen holding the pads while sharing the ring with Jake Paul, acting as a coach and giving him tips for the boxing ring.
