All you need to know ahead of Castletown’s Leinster Hurling Final

It has been an excellent year for those involved with the Castletown Liam Mellows club

The North Wexford club were crowned Wexford Senior Football champions and also Intermediate A Hurling champions champions for 2024.

Although their footballers didn’t have much of a run in the Leinster Senior Club championship, the same cannot be said for their hurling counterparts – many of whom play on both teams.

The Castletown Liam Mellows hurling team have progressed into the Junior Leinster Hurling final, where they will take on the Kilkenny champions, St Lachtains, this weekend.


When is it on?

Sun, Dec 8th at 1:30 PM

Where is it on?

It will take place at SETU Carlow

Is it on tv?

It’s not on tv, but there will be a stream available. This will be a pay-per-view stream available on Clubber for €14.99.

Is it on the radio?

KCLR radio station will be providing live coverage of the game too.

Where can I get match tickets?

Tickets can be purchased online here via Universe. Adults/Students/Pensioners €15, while U16’s are given free entry.
