New outdoor music festival coming to Wexford this Summer

A Wexford pub is set to host its own mini festival…

The exciting and upcoming festival of music will take place at The Bunker Bar, located just five minutes outside of Gorey in the North Wexford village of the The Rock.

On the night, a host of acts will perform at “The Bunker Bash,” which organisers have said was the “worst kept secret” before they officially launched Wexford’s newest outdoor music festival.

The acts performing include Rhythm and Sticks, All Folk’d Up, Meadhbh Walsh, Danny Byrne Band, and The Tumbling Paddies who will headline the night.

Walsh will be on stage from 3pm to 5pm, Rhythm and Sticks at 5pm to 7pm, Danny Byrne will follow at 7pm to 9pm and then The Tumbling Paddies will headline at 9-11pm.

The Bunker Bar, which has been recently renovated and is now under new management, has been a hive for local musical talent in recent times for all customers to enjoy.

‘The Bunker Bash’ will take place this summer, June 27th 2025. The gates will open at 1pm, allowing people to bask in the Wexford sunshine before dancing the night away to some cracking music.

Tickets are now on sale via Eventbrite. Tickets for the newest outdoor music festival in Wexford cost €50, while a limited number of early-bird tickets were also available at a discounted price, however, they have since sold out on the platform.
