New website launched for re-homing dogs in Wexford

A new website was launched in Wexford yesterday…

The purpose of the new website is to help re-home dogs throughout County Wexford.

Wexford Dog Rehoming Centre is dedicated to rehabilitating and rehoming stray, unwanted, and abandoned dogs across Wexford.

The website is operated by Petsfirst on behalf of Wexford County Council. Wexford Dog Rehoming Centre is located at Ballycarney, Enniscorthy, Co. Wexford.

If you have made the decision to rehome a rescue dog, their staff will be delighted to help and guide you through the process.

A selection of dogs available for rehoming have already been listed on the website, with one dog – Rocky – already rehomed.

A profile for each dog that is searching for a new home has been set up. It highlights their breed, gender, age, and size. A description about each dog has also been added to each profile. One example, for Rocky – was that “he is incredibly friendly, and always eager to meet new people. Playful and full of life, Rocky thrives on outdoor adventures.”

At the time of writing, another six dogs have profiles on the website and are searching for new homes.
