There are over 600 Wexford properties up for sale on the popular website, Daft.ie…

As one could imagine, these properties vary in price range. However, the most expensive property listed on the site is in Courtown, coming in at €1.5 million.

The property has been listed on the site by Savill’s Property Management.

The property, which sits on a 22 acre site, is called Ounavarra House, Courtown, and is a 19th Century home set in mature landscaped grounds.

As per the post on Daft.ie, the property has been described as a “distinguished five-bay, two-storey period house features an elegant asymmetrical design with gabled bays and a charming projecting porch. The property has a hipped slate roof, red brick chimney stacks, decorative bargeboards and creeper-clad roughcast walls.”

“The accommodation has been well designed to provide the comforts of contemporary family living whilst reserving generously proportioned reception rooms fit for lavish gatherings. Throughout the property the detail and finishes are notable with period features throughout including sash windows, shutters, picture rails, architraves, cornicing, and decorative marble fireplaces.”

The full property listing can be viewed online at Daft.ie’s website.
