We are excited to offer the opportunity to apply for a post with our newest Adult Day Service, located in Arklow, Co. Wicklow.
We are currently recruiting for a full time Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team. This role will be based in Arklow with two days per week outreach work in Dublin. This is a fixed-term post for 2 years.
This specialist role will encompass a major clinical focus, which comprises of assessment, planning, delivery and evaluation of care given to Service Owners and their families.
The post holder will provide direct nursing care and support to Adult Day Services in the region in the areas of complex care and behaviours of concern. They will also provide clinical supervision to nursing staff across the region and at satellite sites as assigned, supporting up to date clinical practice, and develop and deliver bespoke and clinical training programmes as identified with service managers, assuring the competence of healthcare professionals and support staff.
