Wexford band crowned Wedding Band of the Year for 2025

A popular Wexford-based group has been recognised on the national stage, taking home one of the top honours in the wedding industry…

Wexford-based band, Fusion Live Band, were crowned Band of the Year at the prestigious Let’s Talk Weddings Awards, held recently at the Westgrove Hotel in Clane, Kildare.

The band consists of the Gorey trio Patrick Doyle on bass and vocals, Kevin Doyle on drums and vocals, and also Ross Dunne on guitar and vocals. Both Patrick and Kevin are brothers, while Ross is one of their closest friends, going back to their school days.

The event brought together the very best suppliers and performers in the wedding industry for an evening of celebration and entertainment.


Sharing their excitement after winning the illustrious award, the band said:

“We’re absolutely thrilled to announce that Fusion Live Band has been awarded Band of the Year at the prestigious Let’s Talk Weddings Awards!”

The group described the glamorous awards night as a fantastic opportunity to connect with others in the industry:

“The celebration took place at the Westgrove Hotel in Clane, where the best in the wedding industry gathered for a night of glamour, recognition, and unforgettable entertainment.”

Fusion Live Band also expressed gratitude to those who have backed them along the way:


“A massive thank you to everyone who has supported Fusion Live Band along the way. We had a great night with the team from Four Seasons Weddings Monaghan and Goticaricatures at our table.”

Finally, the band praised the organisers of the event, while looking ahead to the future:

“A big shoutout to Lydia and the Let’s Talks Wedding Team for organising such an amazing evening. Here’s to more music, more magic, and many more awards to come!”

With this latest award under their belt, Fusion Live Band continues to cement their reputation as one of Ireland’s leading wedding bands.
