New manager appointed to Wexford Senior Camogie team

The Wexford Senior Camogie team have appointed their new manager…

Gerry McQuaid has been appointed as the new Wexford Senior camogie manager.

McQuaid, a native of Monaghan, takes over from James Dooley following the conclusion of his contract with the Wexford Senior Camogie team.

McQuaid stepped down as Dublin manager just last month after being in charge of the Dubs for three years. With Dublin, he delivered a National League title and reached the All-Ireland semi-final in his second year in charge.

The Monaghan man has been involved with successful Wexford Camogie squads in the past under the tenure of JJ Doyle from 2010 to 2012.
