New hobby and board game store opens their doors in Wexford

A new hobby and board game store is set to open in County Wexford soon…

The new hobby and board game store – namely, Dragon Horde Games – has now officially opened its doors on 25 Henrietta Street to the public.

The shop, located at 25 Henrietta Street, promises to be more than just a retail space – it’s being designed as a community hub where people can gather, play, and connect.

“For years, I’ve dreamed of creating a place where gamers of all kinds can come together to play, make friends and discover everything tabletop hobbies have to offer,” the owner said. “Whether you’re into board games, trading card games, miniatures or roleplaying adventures, our mission is simple: to provide a home for gaming, build a welcoming community and spark a little adventure,” owner Paul said.

The new hobby and game store opened up to the public on 27th November.

“Over the past few weeks, so many of you have called in for a look around, a chat or a cheeky game and we just want to say a huge thank you. Your excitement, support and nerdy enthusiasm have meant the world to us. Now the stock has landed, the games are on the shelves and we’re excited to say that Dragon Horde Games is fully open,” they said.

The store looks set to add an exciting new dimension to Wexford’s social and retail scene – offering everything from trading card tournaments to casual board game nights, alongside plenty of opportunities for people to meet like-minded players.
