We recently ran a poll on the Wexford Weekly Facebook page, asking followers to cast their vote by commenting with their favourite pizza spot across County Wexford. The poll ran from 1 April to 7 April 2026.
The response was incredible, with 310 people registering their vote to support their go-to takeaways and hidden gems. From classic favourites to rising stars, the competition was fierce — but now, it’s time to reveal which pizzerias rose to the top.
5 – OYA Pizza
OYA Pizza in Duncannon comes in at fifth place, with a passionate group of supporters backing it all the way. Often praised for its unique flavours and standout quality, it’s a favourite among those who’ve made the trip. A rising star in Wexford’s pizza scene that’s clearly making an impact.

4 – Pizza Point
Pizza Point Wexford secured a strong fourth place, with steady support throughout the poll. Known for its flavour-packed menu and reliable quality, it has clearly struck a chord with locals. Whether it’s a quick bite or a weekend treat, Pizza Point continues to deliver when it comes to satisfying cravings. Located at The Farm Shop in the Clonard area of Wexford town, they’re open Monday-Wed (3-8pm) and Thursday to Sunday (1pm-8pm).

3 – Stormhouse Pizza (Quigleys)
Stormhouse Pizza, served at Quigleys Bar in Kilmore, proved hugely popular among voters. This local gem has built a reputation for delicious, freshly made pizzas in a relaxed setting. Whether dining in or grabbing a takeaway, it’s clear Stormhouse has become a must-visit spot for pizza fans in the area.

2 – Bella Luna Pizzeria (Gorey)
Bella Luna Pizzeria earned an impressive second place with 65 votes, with strong support across Gorey, Courtown and beyond.. Located on the popular Esmonde Street in Gorey, this pizzeria is renowned for its authentic Italian style and generous topping. It’s a firm favourite for those craving traditional flavours done right. Its loyal following speaks volumes about the quality and consistency on offer.

1 – Pie (Wexford)
Topping the poll by a landslide, Pie in Wexford town has firmly cemented itself as the county’s go-to for pizza lovers. Located on Monck Street, Pie Wexford received a whopping 121 votes from the 310 individual votes. Known for its consistently high-quality ingredients, perfectly cooked bases, and bold flavours, it’s no surprise locals kept coming back to name it their favourite. There’s no doubt that it’s a true standout in Wexford’s food scene.
