Christy Moore to perform at Wexford venue

Renowned Irish folk singer-songwriter Christy Moore will perform in Wexford this Summer…

The Irish singer-songwriter is set to perform at the National Opera House this August.

The legendary performer will take to the stage on Sunday, August 16, and again on Sunday, August 23, with both concerts beginning at 7.30pm.

Moore remains one of Ireland’s most celebrated and influential musicians, with a career spanning decades and a catalogue of songs that have become staples of Irish folk music.


Among his best-known tracks are ‘Ride On’, ‘Ordinary Man’, ‘Lisdoonvarna’, ‘Beeswing’, ‘Back Home in Derry’ and ‘The Voyage’.

Known for his powerful storytelling and deep connection with audiences, Moore continues to attract fans of all generations through his live performances and recordings.

Tickets for the Wexford concerts are priced from €55 to €60 plus booking fees and are available through the National Opera House website.
