A professional boxer from Wexford will be looking forward to his next outing soon…
A boxing event entitled “Heating Up – A Night of Professional Boxing” promoted by JB Promotions is scheduled for Friday, July 10, 2026 at Leopardstown Racecource in County Dublin.
Professional boxer David ‘Bomber’ Kennedy from Gorey, County Wexford, has confirmed to Wexford Weekly that he will be on the card.
It’s a card that’s promising “a night of pure Irish domestic action” with “some massive all-Irish clashes taking centre stage” with an “electric atmosphere from the first bell to the last.” The undercard features some of Ireland’s most exciting prospects.
Kennedy, who is now 3-0 in the professional ranks, was particularly impressive in his last outing in Donegal in February. The Gorey light-heavyweight is looking to keep active as he eyes up a domestic title down the line.
The fights will also be shown live via Thriller TV.
Tickets for the fight night start at €50 for standing, €70 balcony standing, €80 for seated, and then €100 for ringside. U16s must be accompanied by an adult. Reach out to David Kennedy on Instagram to purchase your tickets.
