
A popular women’s boutique store in County Wexford is gearing up to close its doors…
A familiar name on Wexford’s retail scene is set to close later this month, bringing an end to many years of trading in the heart of the town.
Panache Boutique, located on South Main Street in Wexford town, has announced that it will close on 20 June 2026 as the building housing the business is being placed on the market for sale.
In a statement shared with customers, the boutique said the decision had been made with “mixed emotions” and thanked shoppers for their loyalty and support over the years.
The independent fashion retailer has long been known for its range of quality ladies’ clothing and occasion wear, attracting customers from across Wexford and beyond.
The business has urged customers holding gift vouchers to redeem them before the closing date.
The announcement has prompted an outpouring of goodwill from customers on social media, with many expressing sadness at the loss of a long-established local business from Wexford’s main shopping street.
There is a clearance sale currently ongoing at the propety, which started on 9 June. Panache Boutique will continue trading until Saturday, 20 June.
The closure of the boutqiue comes as another blow to the struggling retail market in Wexford town and the once popular shopping hub of the Main Street.
