The Belfast murals of the Troubles, alongside modern murals in Derry for the tv show ‘Derry Girls’ are just some murals that serve as important tourist attractions.
In Wexford recently, murals have been painted on bare walls in New Ross and Gorey.
Now, several murals will be painted across the town of Enniscorthy, Cllr Aidan Browne confirmed.
These murals will undoubtedly add to the vibrancy of the town and many will be looking forward to seeing the finished products.
Locals in Gorey were left impressed after the erection of a mural on the Gorey Little Theatre wall.
The murals will be funded by Wexford County Council.
