Irish weather forecaster, Met Eireann, have issued a warning for Wexford…
It’s Halloween and a status yellow wind warning has been issued for Wexford.
A warning for counties Carlow, Dublin, Kildare, Kilkenny, Laois, Offaly, Wexford, Wicklow came into effect at 2pm and is in place until 11pm.
The national weather forecaster believes that higher gusts can be expected along coasts and exposed hills across the county.
They have stated that “westerly winds will reach mean speeds of up 65km/hr with gusts of up to 100 km/hr.”
As it’s Halloween night, it’s not ideal for trick-or-treaters going from house to house with their families. A reminder to stay safe out there!
