Wexford woman to appear on this season’s The Apprentice

A Wexford woman is set to appear on the BBC’s The Apprentice….

The Apprentice is one of the BBC’s hit series, now in its 18th season with Lord Alan Sugar.

This season, many people from Ireland and Wexford will have a close eye on the show.

That is because Wexford woman Maura Rath will be taking part in this season’s show.

Maura, who runs a yoga business, is originally from the village of Killenagh in North Wexford – but she now runs her online and in-person yoga business from Dublin, where she has lived for the past number of years.

She believes yoga is for everybody, and everyone’s body is different. Maura build her platform to make great live yoga available to anyone.

As per an article on Goss.ie, the Wexford native, “who has almost 40k followers on Instagram, has built a successful business through her passion for yoga – and is best known for hosting sunrise yoga events and retreats across Ireland.”

In a post shared on Instagram on Tuesday morning, Maura wrote:

“Finally the hardest kept secret is out! I am a candidate on this years Apprentice, yes me yogi Maura,” Maura said.

“The business side of yoga has always fascinated me. I have big plans to make Yoga with Maura a household name, which is why I’m going for investment from Lord Sugar,” she said.

The Apprentice will air on BBC One on February 1st.
