It really seems that it’s a new dawn for Wexford GAA…
That definitely seems to be the case as 2025 is the year for new Wexford management teams.
Along with a new management team for the Wexford minor hurling squad and the Wexford u-20 hurling team, there are also some changes for the Wexford minor football team as.
Gorey native Kevin Morris will not manage the Wexford minor football team anymore after just one year at the helm, having been appointed in November 2023.
He will be replaced by new manager Eoin Doyle, who hails from the Taghmon-Camross GAA Club. He will be ably assisted by Al Monahan (Shelmalier), Shane Murphy (Starlights), John Kavanagh (Kilrush) and Paul Hogan (Kilkenny).
Meanwhile, Starlights clubman Anto Russell will also be no longer managing the Wexford u-20 football set-up.
He will be replaced by Dylan Gregan from Castletown who will act as the new manager.
He will be assisted by Paul McMahon (St. John’s Volunteers), Damien Granell (St. Patrick’s); Gary Lynch (St. Fintan’s) and Joe Aherne (Castletown).
