It looks like another Wexford FC player could be on the move this Winter…
News emerged this morning that 20-year old Wexford FC player, Kian Corbally, is being eyed up for a potential move by multiple professional football clubs.
There is interest from professional clubs in both England and Portugal.
Last season, he had interest from three professional clubs in England, including Millwall, Derby and Newport County, however, he opted to stay in Ireland and develop his football domestically.
According to a report in the Irish Mirror, Corbally is currently assessing his options ahead of the January window, having only signed with Wexford FC last year from St Pats in Dublin.
For 2024, the young Wexford FC player was a central figure to the club’s promotion push. He made 37 appearances for the club, scoring three goals across the season.
