Wexford FC announce their new manager

Following the departure of James Keddy, Wexford FC were on the lookout for a new manager to fill the role..

Keddy had guided his Wexford FC team to an FAI Cup semi-final, while he also had led them to reach the play-offs for promotion back into the top division of the League of Ireland.

Unfortunately, he couldn’t get over the line. But, there were signs of progress and the Wexford FC faithful will be hoping that the progress made is not stopping soon.

Wexford FC unveiled Stephen Elliot as their new Men’s Senior team manager on Tuesday.

There was some speculation earlier this week that St Pat’s Head of Academy Stephen Elliot would be named as Keddy’s successor. There’s no smoke without fire.
