A new coffee dock has opened for business in Wexford…
The new coffee dock is called ‘Y21 Studios’. It is located at the IFA on Mill Park Road in Enniscorthy, County Wexford.
This new addition is part of a much bigger plan, as these talented and creative individuals transform the substantial premises.
It was opened by business partners Alfie and Kristyna. It was project that they have been working on for the last number of months, getting the key to the new premises in early January. But as of yesterday, Tuesday 4th February – after a lot of thought and a design process – they have now officially opened their doors to the public.
Regarding the bigger picture, there will be a number of other studios open on March 1st.
There are a lot of excellent coffee shops around Wexford. Post-covid in Ireland, the coffee business started to boom even more than it already was. An article from 2023, where we looked at the best coffee spots across all of Wexford, served to highlight this too. Having another excellent option is always good though.
