Teenager dies in Wexford motorbike crash

A teenager has died following a crash in County Wexford…

The incident involving a motorbike and a car occurred between 3:00-3:30pm on Tuesday 26 May on the R742, Kilmuckridge, County Wexford.

The 19-year-old teeenager was rushed to hospital, but was pronounced dead in the early hours of the morning.

An Garda Síochána have released a statement, urging anyone with dashcam footage of the incident to come forward.

In a statement, a spokesperson for An Garda Síochána said:

“Road users who may have camera footage (including dash-cam) and were travelling on the R742 Ballinvunnia, Kilmuckridge, Co. Wexford between 3:00pm and 3:30pm on Tuesday 26th May 2026 , are asked to make this available to investigating Gardaí.”

Investigations are ongoing.
