Wexford club pays tribute to teenager who died in Wexford motorbike crash

A teenager died following a crash in County Wexford on Tuesday…

The tragic incident involved a motorbike and a car occurred between 3:00-3:30pm on Tuesday 26 May on the R742, Kilmuckridge, County Wexford.

The 19-year-old teeenager was rushed to hospital, but was pronounced dead in the early hours of the morning.

The teenager has since been named locally as Adam Kennedy. Tributes have poured in for the youngster. His motorbike club, Notorious Motor Cycle Club based in County Wexford, paid a tribute to the teenager following his passing:

“It is with a heavy heart that we are sharing the news that we have lost our brother Adam. A young man with such a bright future ahead gone long before his time. Adam will be a massive loss to all of us. We offer our sincere condolences to his father and fellow club member Mark, his mother Jacinta, all of his siblings and extended family, his beautiful partner Leah and of course all of his friends. You will be dearly missed brother. Until we meet again in the forever chapter,” it reads.

An Garda Síochána have also released a statement, urging anyone with dashcam footage of the incident to come forward.

In a statement, a spokesperson for An Garda Síochána said:

“Road users who may have camera footage (including dash-cam) and were travelling on the R742 Ballinvunnia, Kilmuckridge, Co. Wexford between 3:00pm and 3:30pm on Tuesday 26th May 2026 , are asked to make this available to investigating Gardaí.”
