New Cillian Murphy Film To Be Filmed In Wexford As Early As March

A new film starring the hit Peaky Blinders star will be filmed in Wexford…

As reported by CorkBeo, filming will start as early as March or April.

Filming will be based in the New Ross area of Wexford.

‘Small Things Like These’ was the winner of the Orwell Prize as well as the Kerry Group Irish Novel of the Year for 2022.

The book’s story is set in an Irish town in 1985, and focuses on coal and timber merchant Bill Furlong as he does his rounds in the lead up to Christmas.

The Irish Independent reported that a filming team visited Wexford to check out potential locations back in November, and it’s now become clear that the crew were happy with the location.
