Star inter-county Wexford hurler wins top cash prize in local GAA club lotto

A star Wexford hurler has won a local GAA club’s lotto…

After months of playing for the top prize, the GAA lotto, which is a joint venture between 3 clubs – Taghmon/Camross, Bannow/Ballymitty and St James GAA Club – was won yesterday evening, with one club stating that “at long last, we have a winner of our lotto jackpot.”

The star prize, worth 14,000 euro, was won by star Wexford hurler and current joint Wexford hurling captain, Lee Chin.

Lee Chin is a member of the Faythe Harriers GAA club in Wexford town.

The four winning numbers from the Taghmon/Camross local GAA club lotto draw were: 8, 19, 22, and 29.

Another eight people matched three numbers in the draw, sharing 200 euro.
