Wexford native signs deal with League of Ireland team

A Wexford native has found a new club in the League of Ireland…

25-year-old Corey Chambers from Gorey has signed a new deal with a League of Ireland First Division side.

He has signed a deal with Treaty United in Limerick, a club which was only established in 2020.

The Wexford goalkeeper has enjoyed spells at Wexford FC, Cabinteely, Cobh Ramblers, and Cork City in the past.

Wexford FC will host Treaty United this evening in Ferrycarrig Park. A win for Treaty would see them leapfrog Wexford into sixth spot in the First Division table.

Kick-off for the game at Ferrycarrig Park is at 7.45.
