Wexford farmer wins top prize at Guinness Regenerative Barley Awards

A Wexford farmer has won the Guinness Regenerative Barley Awards…

As per a report on Agriland, Wexford Tillage farmer Nicky Keane has been named winner of the Guinness Ireland Regenerative Barley Awards 2023.

Nicky, the winning farmer received, €2,500.

Bobby Miller, who farms in Stradbally, Co. Laois was highly commended by the judges.

Miller, the highly commended farmer, received €500.

The awards recognise the barley grower in Ireland who has demonstrated the greatest improvement in implementing regenerative farming practices and reducing the impact of barley production.
