The excitement is building ahead of the Fleadh…
President Michael D. Higgins will be just one of the big names in attendance in Wexford this Sunday, August 4th.
He will be attending the Opening Ceremony of Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann in Wexford Town this Sunday, 4th August from 4pm.
This ceremony will kick off a week-long celebration of Irish music, dance, song, storytelling, and comhrá Gaeilge that will run from the 4th to 11th of August.
The event is organised by Comhaltas Ceoltóirí Éireann and is hosted by the local Wexford Town Fleadh Executive Committee in association with Wexford County Council.
