Although the Selskar Bookshop, located on Selskar Street in Wexford town, has been placed on the market – it’s not all doom and gloom for the bookshop.
Instead, they will be relocating due to expansion to a bigger and better property.
Just yesterday, the property has been placed on the market – with the landlord opting to sell the property to another individual.
The property is close to some major retail outlets including Dunnes Stores and McCauley’s Pharmacy which results in high-footfall, ideal for any business.
“This is an excellent opportunity for an investor or owner occupier to acquire a modern high profile commercial premises in prime location in Wexford Town Centre,” the online listing reads.
The price tag has since been revealed for the property and it’s brought to the market by DNG McCormack Quinn.
The asking price for the property is set at €675,000.
