A family-run business in County Wexford is continuing their expansion in the community…
Acorn Foods & Party Room Outlet, located in Killinick, Co. Wexford, is celebrating the successful launch of its new Party Room Outlet alongside its established food business.
Since opening, the business has been delighted by the warm support received from both local customers and visitors to the area.
The Party Room Outlet specialises in personalised balloons and celebration displays for a wide range of occasions, including birthdays, communions, confirmations, baby showers, retirements, graduations, weddings and other special events. Customers can also order celebration cakes, sweet treats, finger food and party bundles, providing a convenient one-stop shop for anyone planning a special occasion.
Situated close to Rosslare Harbour and many of Wexford’s popular hotels, holiday parks and accommodation providers, Acorn Foods & Party Room Outlet also offers delivery services to local hotels and holiday accommodation.
“This allows visitors travelling to Wexford for birthdays, anniversaries, engagements and family celebrations to arrive to balloons, cakes and party items already prepared and waiting for them,” owner Denise Underwood told Wexford Weekly.
“We are currently in the process of applying for a wine licence, which will allow customers to purchase a bottle of bubbles alongside their balloons and cakes, creating an easy and convenient celebration package all under one roof,” she said.
As a local family-run business, the team is passionate about helping people celebrate life’s special moments and creating memorable experiences for customers of all ages.
Meanwhile, staying with the Killinick news, a new coffee shop — The Nouk, owned by Leanne McDonnell — opened their doors just last week in the village.
In other news, another new business — an IT store and a bookshop under the one roof — also recently opened in a rural County Wexford village.
