Wexford dominated Offaly in O’Connor Park in Tullamore on Saturday evening.
Speaking on The Sunday Game, banner legend Anthony Daly believes the Wexford men are now serious All-Ireland contenders.
“I was very impressed with their method in their play, and the way their younger players are developing.”
“There’s a lot of talk about Limerick, but I think Wexford are even a little bit more advanced than that…they’re a year down the road. They got to the Leinster final last year, the quarter-final, and I think they’re contenders.” Daly said.
