Former Wexford Hurler Named Joint-Manager Of Oylegate-Glenbrien Hurlers

Oylegate-Glenbrien were relegated from the Wexford Senior hurling championship in 2019…

They’ve now turned to a former Wexford hurler and Oulart-The Ballagh native to help steer them back into the Senior ranks of Wexford hurling.

Former inter-county hurler Stephen Doyle will join Colin Sunderland in charge of the Oylegate-Glenbrien Intermediate Hurling team.

The Intermediate Hurling Championship remains highly competitive. The likes of Buffers Alley and 2019 finalists Bunclody are all worthy contenders and just like Oylegate, with the calibre of players they possess within their ranks, will fancy their chances of promotion.

Many other club AGM’s are underway across the country this week, and we expect some big announcements over the next week.
